A good story often begins with something small: a habit, a phrase, a place, a food, a social rule, or an everyday routine.
Clear explanation
We are interested in the reason behind the observation, not simply a description of it.
Reliable reporting
Claims should be supported by credible sources where appropriate. Public data, academic research, government statistics, and primary sources are particularly useful.
A distinct point of view
We want writing that sounds like a person who has actually thought about the subject.
What we are not looking for
- Generic travel guides.
- Listicles written only for search traffic.
- Unverified cultural stereotypes.
- AI-generated articles without meaningful original reporting or editorial contribution.
- Promotional copy disguised as editorial content.
